Staff
Day-to-day
operations of EAPA are managed by a professional staff based
at the Association's headquarters in downtown Harrisburg,
about one block north of the State Capitol grounds.
EAPA staff carries out the Association's objectives, provides
service to its member companies, and helps develop positions and carry out programs to
further EAPA's mission.
Some of the activities of EAPA's headquarters staff include:

Tracking
and analyzing legislation and regulations introduced in
Pennsylvania that have an effect on the investor-owned
electric utility industry.

Develop
consensus industry positions on issues and provide
testimony and other information to the Pennsylvania
General Assembly and state agencies.

Liaison
for the industry with the Pennsylvania Public Utility
Commission and Department of Environmental Protection,
as well as other departmental agencies in the
Commonwealth.
