Membership Class Definitions
Members
Energy
Association of Pennsylvania Members
are either electric distribution companies or natural gas
distribution companies in Pennsylvania as defined in Chapters 28
and 22, respectively, of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Code and
are subject to the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Public Utility
Commission.
Associate
Members Energy
Association of Pennsylvania Associate
Members are entities, including units of government,
engaged in the distribution of electricity or natural gas who
would otherwise be Members, except that they are not regulated by
the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
Affiliate
Members Energy
Association of Pennsylvania Affiliate
Members are individuals or companies that provide goods or services,
including electricity or natural gas, to Members, Associate
Members, or the customers of each ... but do not qualify for
Associate Membership.
